All holders of the Hellenic Bank Public Company Limited (“the Bank”) valid cards can participate in the discount scheme “More4U” (“the Scheme”). According to the Scheme the card holders of the Bank are eligible for specific discounts/offers in products and/or services of the businesses participating in the Scheme when they pay with the cards of the Bank.
The discounts by virtue of the Scheme cannot be redeemed or exchanged with cash.
Any complaints of the card holders, that participate in the Scheme and/or benefit from it, regarding the products/services of the businesses that take part in the Scheme, must be forwarded to the businesses themselves and not to the Bank. In cases where a complaint regarding the Scheme concerns the Bank directly, you are requested to contact Hellenic Bank’s Service Line (8000 9999).
The Bank does not carry any responsibility and will not be/is not accountable towards any person for any loss, default or damage to any person or any property that may be caused from the acceptance and/or use of products/services by virtue of the Scheme or in the event of refusal by any business that participates in the Scheme to provide any product/service or discount/offer.
The Bank does not make, neither grants and it is not in a position to grant any assurances or representations or guarantees regarding the quality of products/services that are offered by the businesses that participate in the Scheme and generally concerning such products/services, or with regard to the place or time of their availability or being offered by the businesses that participate in the Scheme at any time for the duration of the Scheme.
Information regarding the businesses that participate in the Scheme and the products/services that are offered, from time to time for the duration of the Scheme, will be available and the card holders can be so informed at the website of the Bank www.hellenicbank.com
Details on the discounts/information for the offers, at any time for the duration of the Scheme, concerning products/services that are offered by the businesses that participate in the Scheme, as well as any information on these businesses, are prepared by the businesses themselves and the correctness and accuracy of such details/information, as well as any change/modification in regard to them or the business, during the Scheme, are the responsibility of the businesses and not of the Bank, which will not be/is not accountable in any way towards any person, even if these details/information are presented in the website or in any form of advertizing material of/by the Bank.
Redeeming points or using vouchers to which the customers of the Bank are entitled (card holders or otherwise) regarding other schemes of the Bank cannot be combined or exchanged with the discounts/offers of the Scheme unless the Bank so informs by any means. For such possible cases the card holders are requested to contact the Bank for information/details.
The discounts/offers that are available by virtue of the Scheme are not valid in periods of sales and cannot be used in cases where any special discounts or special offers/prices or campaigns or other schemes, offered by or in relation to the businesses participating in the Scheme or by or in relation to other businesses, exist.
The Bank has the right to amend the present terms and conditions and/or amend and/or suspend and/or terminate the Scheme or part of it at any time and without any warning
Any Card Holder of the Bank that presents and/or uses any card of the Bank to pay for goods or services that are provided by any business that participates in the Scheme and/or that receives/benefits from any discount and/or offer by virtue of the Scheme is considered to accept absolutely and unconditionally the present terms and conditions.
The present terms and conditions are governed by the Cyprus Laws and the Courts of the Republic of Cyprus have jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute between the Bank and a card holder that may ensue with regard to the present terms and conditions and/or by virtue of the Scheme in general and which was not solved/compromised firstly via communication with the Bank or its associates, as provided above in the present terms and conditions
